Pricing is done on a Peak User Count Rate. Simply put you will pay for the peak number of users that utilized the system in your billing period. Billing is done monthly. The system features a "User Manager" that will help you to keep your user count to the minimum. Remember though, that it is based upon PEAK users, not the number of users in the system at the time of billing. One Time Setup & Activation Fee $65.00 1 to 10 Peak Users = $5.50 per month, per user 11 to 15 Peak Users = $4.00 per month, per user 16 to 25 Peak Users = $3.25 per month, per user 26 to 50 Peak Users = $2.75 per month, per user 51 to 100 Peak Users = $1.75 per month, per user More than 100 Users = $0.75 per month, per user Billing Options: The setup fee must be paid with a Credit Card. If your organization has more than 50 users, you may elect to be invoiced for services. Please contact our offices for details. A valid Credit Card must be on file for account activation regardless of billing method. If you will be using our invoicing option, your credit card will be billed for services rendered only if you lapse on the Net 30 policy set forth in our invoice billing method. |
